Are the product images final?

Some products are shown as concept previews while final samples and production details are being approved. Product pages will be updated as final production details are confirmed.

What sizes are available?

Drop 01 pieces are offered in S–2XL. Check the individual product page and Size Guide before ordering.

How do preorders work?

Preorder items reserve your size or color for an upcoming production run. Unless a product page states otherwise, current production and shipping timing is estimated at approximately 6–10 weeks after the preorder window closes.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.95. Orders of $85 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking is sent when available. You can also use the Track Order page or your customer account.

Can I exchange an item?

Eligible unworn and unwashed items with original tags may be requested for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. See Returns and Exchanges for full details.

How do I apply for TrapSauce Models or Sauce Girls?
