Preorder Policy

Preorder items are reserved before the next production run is completed. Unless a product page states otherwise, current preorder production and shipping timing is estimated at approximately 6–10 weeks after the preorder window closes.

If a colorway or product does not move into production, affected customers may choose a refund or move the order to an approved option.

Preorders are paid at checkout. Please review the product page, size guide and estimated timing before placing your order.

Once production begins, cancellations may not be available. If timing changes meaningfully after purchase, we will send an update using the contact information attached to the order.
